Regrinding
Even the highest-quality machine tools turn dull over time. At Integrity Saw & Tool, we regularly sharpen, regrind and recondition high-speed and carbide drills, mills, routers, blades and cutting tools of all types. In addition to our custom machine-tool manufacturing capabilities, we can repair, regrind, retip, sharpen, recoat and modify nearly any industrial cutting tool.
Unlike many sharpening businesses, at Integrity we carefully analyze the problem first to determine whether the tool is simply dull, or is also bent or heat-damaged. Then, during the reconditioning process, we maintain exact cutter geometry for maximum edge effectiveness. To maintain tool strength and extend life, we flood tools with coolants during the sharpening procedure.
Recoating
Machine tools can cut or drill a variety of materials under high-temperature, high-performance or other punishing environments. Manufacturers often coat tools to increase their life, enhance lubricity to reduce friction, or enhance strength. Whenever tooling is reground or resharpened, however, its coating is removed.
To keep reconditioned tools operating at top efficiency, Integrity can recoat tools with whichever material our customer specifies, including TIN, TICN, TIALN or ZRN. Integrity's skilled craftsmen deliver consistent quality, extremely close tolerances and guaranteed customer satisfaction.
Drill Bit Sharpening
Integrity Saw & Tool has reconditioned and restored drill bits from more than a dozen leading manufacturers, with bits ranging from 1/8" to 1-1/2". We can precisely match the original manufacturer's geometry and integrity. After drill bit sharpening, we can recoat high-performance drills with their original coating - whether it's TIN, TICN, TIALN or ZRN.
